About VISION Elite Academy in Winnipeg

VISION Elite Academy is the entry point to volleyball in Winnipeg and the foundation of everything else we run. Athletes are grouped in grade bands — 2-4, 5-6, and 7 and up — so a first-time player and a club-bound athlete each get instruction pitched at their level rather than a compromise between them. Sessions run 90 to 120 minutes across a 10-week season, year-round, and every season closes with a championship tournament. Footwork comes first: VISION built its movement exercises and games around the conviction that footwork is the skill everything else in volleyball rests on. Families across Winnipeg use the Academy season by season, with no club-level cost and no travel.

  • Grade bands 2-4, 5-6 and 7+ so every athlete trains at their level
  • Certified coaches — 45+ across the organization
  • 90-120 minute weekly sessions on a 10-week season
  • Championship tournament closes every season

Our high-intensity, fast-paced camps are led by certified club coaches who are committed to providing the best technical instruction in the province.

GRADES 5-6

The Grade 5-6 Program – A step ahead of the competition

Our program is divided into four seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

Each season is structured around “Development Camps” that focus on warm-up games, skill development, and team play.

We cap off each season with a friendly tournament, giving participants a chance to put their newly learned skills into action in a supportive and fun environment.

GRADES 7+

The Grade 7+ Pathway — Choose Your Next Step

Grade 7 athletes may continue developing within the VISION Elite Academy or advance to the VISION Premier League — our intermediate-level program for athletes ready for greater competition.

Premier League athletes benefit from longer training sessions, advanced systems and tactics, and weekly league play designed to improve game tempo, transitions, decision-making, and court awareness. It provides a natural bridge between Academy fundamentals and club or high-performance volleyball.

What Parents Have to Say

TRAINING: Coach Luc's training or Vision's training program in general is very good on a technical standpoint - very good at establishing/fixing mechanics specially if player started with Vision at a younger age, good at teaching proper positioning in the court, teaching making right decisions and having court instincts, etc.

Bob

The girls are getting high quality training. Coaches take time to help all girls improve. Very pleased with the club. We love being part of Vision and are thankful for all the work this organization puts into the girls!
