From grassroots programming in Calgary and Winnipeg to a growing network of affiliated clubs across North America, we have spent more than two decades building the organizational infrastructure that most sport clubs never have the opportunity to create. That coach-centred model is powerful during the building phase, but it creates a fundamental challenge at the end: very few clubs ever develop the organizational depth that allows a program to scale, maintain quality without the founder, and ultimately carry real market value when the time comes to step back. The result is that most founding coaches reach retirement with a program that has no viable path forward and no financial return for the years they invested. What the Conversation Involves
Every Legacy Program inquiry begins privately. There is no public process, no obligation, and no announcement. When you reach out, Vision Elite Academy will request a general overview of your club to determine whether there is a basis for further discussion. That overview typically includes:
- A summary of the club — sports offered, programs, and years in operation
- An estimate of current active athlete enrollment
- A brief history of the organization and its place in the community
- Financial statements that reflect the current size and condition of the club
From there, Vision Elite Academy will assess whether the club meets the criteria for a potential acquisition offer and respond directly and privately with next steps.
