At VISION, tryouts are more than just a selection process—they’re an evaluation designed to find the right program for every athlete. Held each year in December and January, these sessions give our coaches the opportunity to assess skill, effort, and potential. Athletes who are selected will be placed in our VISION Club (VBC) program, where they’ll compete at the club level. Those not selected for a VBC team won’t be left behind. Instead, they’ll be offered a place in one of our other VISION programs, such as the VISION Academy (VEA), where athletes continue to train, develop, and compete in a positive environment.
Please note: Our Elite Club Program is no longer being offered under our organization.

All VISION Club coaches must complete the VISION Elite coach training academy. This involves our exclusive online program and mentorship with our Regional Head Coaches.
VISION VBC will host its annual tryouts in January 2026 for both Winnipeg and Calgary.
