Vision Elite Academy has officially acquired United Volleyball Club in Fountain Valley, California. As part of this transition, the organization will now operate as the Orange County Volleyball Association (OCVA), a non-profit committed to expanding access to the sport and strengthening long-term athlete development across the region.
Volleyball for All
Our mission is simple. Make volleyball accessible, inclusive, and development-focused for every athlete.
Through our VISION Academy, we will deliver structured, high-quality programming for athletes ages 7 to 12, with a focus on:
- Building strong fundamentals
- Developing athletic confidence
- Creating a positive, engaging first experience in the sport
This is where long-term success begins. We are investing heavily in getting it right.
Continuing Excellence at the Highest Level
At the same time, United Volleyball Club will continue to operate and grow its High Performance programs, maintaining its commitment to:
- Competing at the highest levels in Southern California
- Developing elite athletes
- Preparing players for advanced competition and next-level opportunities
This dual structure allows us to build from the ground up while competing at the top. A complete pathway for athletes at every stage.
What This Means for the Community
- Expanded access to youth volleyball programs
- A clear development pathway from beginner to elite
- Stronger coaching systems and training standards
- A long-term investment in the growth of volleyball in Orange County
Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning. With the launch of the Orange County Volleyball Association, we are building a model that combines grassroots development with high-performance excellence. We are excited to grow it with our athletes, families, and community.
Welcome to the next phase of volleyball in Orange County.
