Refund Policy

VISION Elite Academy is committed to providing clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds for our services. This policy applies exclusively to memberships, digital products, and drop-in camps, as outlined below.

Memberships and Digital Products

  • No Refunds for Memberships: Due to the nature of our membership model, refunds are not provided once a membership is purchased. However, members have the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future payments, but no refund will be issued for any partial month or year of membership already paid.
  • Digital Products: All sales of digital products, including e-books, practice plans, and video resources, are final. Once purchased, these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Drop-In Camps

  • Drop-In Camp Refund Policy: Refunds for drop-in camps may be available if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the camp session. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the camp fee will be non-refundable due to staffing and facility commitments.
  • Cancellations by VISION Elite Academy: If VISION Elite Academy cancels a drop-in camp session due to low registration, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, affected participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session.

Injury-Related Cancellations

  • Injury Policy: If a participant sustains an injury that prevents them from attending any future camp sessions, VISION Elite Academy may issue a pro-rated credit for unused camp sessions, which can be applied to a future camp or event. A medical note may be required.
