All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, in alignment with VISION Elite Academy’s standards for behavior. Disruptive or disrespectful conduct may lead to suspension or termination of participation without refund. Examples of prohibited behavior include:
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
- Verbal or physical abuse toward staff, participants, or other members
- Unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the court
5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Payment Terms: Fees for memberships, digital products, and drop-in camps are due upon registration, subject to VISION Elite Academy’s posted rates.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to VISION Elite Academy’s refund policy, which outlines eligible refunds based on timing and other conditions.
- Cancellation: VISION Elite Academy reserves the right to cancel any camp or membership program due to insufficient registration, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected participants may receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program or product.
6. Privacy Policy
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, digital product access, or drop-in camp participation.
7. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
- Intellectual Property: All content on VISION Elite Academy website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Volleyball Network or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.
- User-Generated Content: By submitting content to our website or Services (e.g., photos, videos, testimonials), you grant VISION Elite Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute this content for promotional purposes.
8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Participation in volleyball activities, including camps and training, involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By enrolling in VISION Elite Academy’s programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. VISION Elite Academy and its Affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in camps, programs, or the use of facilities, except as required by law.

VISION Elite Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided, and continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any legal actions arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Manitoba, and users agree to this jurisdiction.
