With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Yka ensures that daily operations run smoothly and that both staff and clients have everything they need. Karil Dadash Adeh is the driving force behind our Coach Development program. Erin Radford is our dedicated Head Coach with over a decade of experience in training and mentoring athletes of all levels. Passionate about developing both physical skills and mental toughness, Erin focuses on building a supportive and empowering environment for every individual. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Erin is committed to helping you achieve your personal best.
Responsible for VISION Elite Volleyball Club. A parent complaint or concern can be directed at Chris only after they have been taken to the team (Coach, instructor, team manager and parent advocate). If the team fails to resolve the issue a parent may escalate the complaint by bringing it to his attention. Our communication policy requires all complaints be formally addressed by the team before bringing it to the Executive.
